The provincial Diwan was an important judicial officer . प्रांतीय दीवान एक महत्वपूर्ण न्यायिक अधिकारी होता था .

The king -LRB- Raja -RRB- , the Chief Justice -LRB- Pradvivaka -RRB- , and the Judges -LRB- Sabhyas -RRB- were the judicial officers of the court . राजा , प्राडविवाक ( मुख्य न्यायाधीश ) और सभ्य ( न्यायाधीश ) इस न्यायालय के न्यायिक अधिकारी होते थे .

It is insulting to us , first because it brands the ablest , the highest and the most distinguished of our judicial officers with a galling and perpetual mark of inferiority . यह सर्वप्रथम अपमानजनक इसलिए है Zक़्योंकि यह हमारे कुशलतम , सर्वोच्च तथा अति विशिष्ट न्यायिक अधिकारियों पर घटियापन का कटु और स्थायी आरोप लगाती है .

It further says that Lok Adalats will consist of judicial officers of the area and such other members who possess certain qualifications and experience as may be prescribed by the state . अधिनियम में यह भी कहा गया है कि लोक अदालतों में उस क्षेत्र के न्यायिक अधिकारी और ऐसे सदस्य होंगे जिनके पास राज़्य द्वारा विहित योग़्यताएं और अनुभव होगा .

But during his sojourn at Banaras as a Judicial Officer , he realised that the Hindus as a community were filled with a revivalist passion and were giving up the common Hindustani culture for a purely Hindu culture . किंतु न्यायिक अधिकारी के रूप में , बनारस प्रवास के समय उन्होने महसूस किया कि एक समुदाय के रूप में हिंदूओं में पुनरूत्थान की गहरी भावना बनी हुई है और वे विशुद्ध हिंदू संस्कृति के लिये आम हिंदुस्तानी संस्कृति छोड़ रहे है .

It is insulting to us because it exalts the European British subjects into such superior beings as to declare that even the highest of our judicial officers shall be incapable of imprisoning him a single day or fining him a single rupee ; and it is insulting to us because it degrades our own countrymen to such a depth as to declare , in the very next breath , that the same incompetent and unfit magistrates and judges who are incapable of trying even the most trivial case of assault against an Englishman , are yet fit and competent to try millions of our own countrymen for the gravest charges and even to condemn them to death . ” यह हमारे लिए अपमानजनक है कऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-योंकि यह ब्रिटेन के यूरोपीय नागरिकों को ऊंचा दरजा देती है कि हमारे नऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यायिक अधिकारियों को उनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-हें एक दिन का कारावास देने अथवा एक रूपया जुर्माना करने को भी अक्षम घोषित करती है.यह हमारे लिए अपमानजनक है कऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-याहेंकि अगली ही सांस में वे हमारे अपने देशवासियों को इतना नीचा दिखाती है कि ऐसे अकुशल और नालायक मऋसऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-ट्रेटों और जजों को , जो एक अंग्रेज के खिलाफ हमले के छोटे से मामले की सुनवाऋ करने के भी योगऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य नहीं माने जाते है.अपने करोडऋओं देशवासियों पर गंभीर विषयों पर मुकदमा चलाने के यहां तक कि उनऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-हें मृतऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-यु दंड देने के लिए भी योगऋ-ऊण्श्छ्ष्-य और सक्षम हैं .
